My role at La Germania revolves around one core principle: ensuring our customers are delighted with their cooking experience from start to finish.

If I had to describe a typical day, it starts with checking my phone and emails to stay on top of customer messages—communication is key! I spend time on one-on-one calls, guiding customers through the buying process and helping them navigate choices such as gas versus electric ovens. My focus is on making customer-centric decisions and providing exceptional service at every step.

I’ve been in the large appliance industry since 1982, and transitioning from a corporate environment to the family-owned La Germania was a game-changer for me. Here, we make decisions swiftly and with the customer in mind, which aligns perfectly with my approach.

Sustainability is also important to us at La Germania. We proudly offer environmentally-friendly products with A-rated energy efficiency across our gas ranges, and our packaging is recyclable. It’s our way of minimising environmental impact while delivering quality.

I maintain close ties with trendy chefs and social media influencers, valuing customer reviews to help us stay innovative. One culinary trend I’m excited about is healthy, fast food made at home. With our busy lives, nutritious meals prepared quickly are essential, and I love seeing more people embrace this.
